What can parents expect when visiting the lab?

• The details of the study you are participating in will be discussed with you prior to arranging a time to visit the lab. You will have the opportunity to ask questions at any time before, during, and after the study - we encourage questions!

• In general, most of our studies take approximately 30 minutes to complete and will be scheduled at your convenience.

• If you will be bringing other children to the visit, please let us know so we can have a space and activities ready for them.

• Our staff are trained to recognize and understand young children’s cues so that we can ensure your child is content and comfortable. You are always welcome to remain in the room with your child. Our priority is for your child to come away with a positive, fun experience in the Duckie Lab!
